Where are you located?

We photograph your pet where he or she is most comfortable, usually in your home and backyard.  We serve the entire valley, and special arrangements can be made for cities further outside the Phoenix suburbs (i.e. Prescott, Payson, Tucson etc.).

Will you photograph my pet in a park or other location?

Anxious or overly excited animals are not the best subjects.  We are willing to shoot in locations outside your home as long as your pet is familiar and comfortable.  Dogs should be allowed to be off leash in the environment.  Please call us to ask about your special location.

How long does a session last?

We have several packages to choose from.  We'll first spend a little “getting to know you time”, allowing your pet to become comfortable with us.  If your pet is anxious with strangers, more time may be required for him to settle back into his routine.  Please take a look at our pricing page for more information on session durations, and check out our “preparing for the shoot” link.

When will I see my photos?

We will post your photos on a private page on our website and send you a link within 48 hours.  These will be unedited images without adjustments or color corrections.  Your final images will look even better!  You will then have an opportunity to choose the shots you would like for prints and products.  Please see our pricing page for more information.

What if my pet won’t cooperate or I’m not satisfied with my photos?

Having our own pack of dogs, we understand pets can be in the mood to ham it up one day, and can’t be bothered the next.   If your pet is not willing to come out from under the bed or is so anxious of strangers that a great shot is not possible; we will refund 50% of your session fee OR you can schedule a re-shoot at a 50% discount.  Photography, as with any art form, is subjective; therefore if you are simply dissatisfied with the photos, we will refund 50% of your session fee.
